Never pay shipping.
No worries. Just contact Paula via email within 3 days of receiving your piece. Please take photos of the damage with your phone and be prepared to send them with the email. Once verified, a replacement will be promptly ordered for you. Also, please be prepared to ship back the damaged piece. A shipping label will be provided for your convenience.
The art pieces are custom ordered individually and therefore are not available for return. Please be sure you are ready for your art before you proceed with the purchase.

At the moment, traditional framing is not offered.
Yes, Just contact Paula via the contact page to discuss your needs. However, due to the delicate nature of the art, Paula cannot be liable for any damage that may occur once the print has been delivered. All framing, mounting and the display of the art is your responsibility.
